Typhoon Odette Disaster Response: Roof Repair

National Capital Region

Disaster, Community Building, Food Sufficiency, Pool

Barangay Walang Iwanan is in full support for Gawad Kalinga’s Operation Walang Iwanan Typhoon Odette relief efforts. A few days before Christmas, this super typhoon left Filipino families in Visayas and Mindanao with dilapidated homes, no electricity and cellphone signal, and absence of clean water for their daily needs.

2,278,973 Filipino families are affected and still recovering after Super Typhoon Odette made its landfall in different provinces of the Philippines. Some areas don’t have electricity, water, and signal yet. There’s still plenty of work to do in distributing relief packs to help families sustaining their daily needs and also rebuild the homes of those who were displaced.

Donate through Barangay Walang Iwanan to help in rebuilding the roofing of homes in the following provinces:
Palawan
Cebu
Bohol
Negros Oriental
Negros Occidental
Leyte
Agusan Del Norte
Surigao Del Sur
Surigao Del Norte
